What are the delivery times for my handmade jewelry?
Each Les Pepettes jewel is carefully prepared in my workshop before being shipped. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package in real time. In France, delivery generally takes an additional 2 to 3 days.
Is delivery free?
Yes! Delivery is free in France for purchases of €50 or more. Below this amount, shipping costs apply depending on the weight of your order. Prices are indicated directly at the time of payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship my handmade jewelry to several countries in Europe and worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Does my package include gift wrapping?
Absolutely! All Les Pepettes orders are shipped in carefully prepared gift packaging, ready to be offered, plus a small surprise gift inside. 🎁 Perfect for treating yourself or for effortlessly pleasing someone else.

What are Les Pepettes jewels made of?
All my jewelry is created from carefully selected materials: natural stones (turquoise, lapis lazuli, jade, jasper, agate…), baroque freshwater pearls, shell pearls, and gold or silver stainless steel. Stainless steel is anti-allergenic, water-resistant, and sweat-resistant, ideal for everyday wear without worry.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or at the beach?
My jewelry is made of stainless steel, a metal resistant to water and sweat. You can wear them daily without worry. To best preserve their shine, I still recommend avoiding prolonged contact with perfumes, creams, and cosmetic products, and rinsing them with fresh water after a sea bath.
How do I care for my handmade jewelry?
To keep your Les Pepettes jewelry looking like new, follow these simple steps: wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing, avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics, and store them in their pouch away from humidity. Simple care for jewelry that lasts a long time. 🤍
Are Les Pepettes jewels suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! I exclusively use stainless steel for my settings and chains, a hypoallergenic material, nickel-free and lead-free. It is suitable for the most sensitive skin and adapts perfectly to daily wear.

Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes, customization is at the heart of what I do at Les Pepettes! You can create your unique jewel by choosing your chain (simple or beaded) and your charms from a wide selection. Go to the "How it works" page to follow the steps and create the jewel that truly suits you.
Can I order a custom jewel as a gift?
Absolutely! A custom handmade piece of jewelry is the ultimate original and unique gift. You can indicate your choices directly in the special instructions of your order, or contact me by email at monbijou.lespepettes@gmail.com to help you create the perfect piece of jewelry. I can also provide a visual mock-up before fabrication upon request.
🔄 Returns & exchanges
Can I return a piece of jewelry if it doesn't suit me?
You have 14 days after receipt to contact me if an item does not suit you. The jewelry must be unworn and in perfect condition. Please note: personalized jewelry is not refundable as it is created specifically for you. In all cases, I always do my best to find a solution. What if my jewelry is defective upon receipt?
This is extremely rare as each piece is checked before shipping, but if it happens, contact me immediately at monbijou.lespepettes@gmail.com with a photo. I commit to finding a quick solution, replacement or refund according to your preference.
